ACTION PLAN

I am practicing intermittent fasting daily, except Sundays.

I am taking green shakes 3 x daily (Recipe TBD)

I am drinking around 4 liters of water every day. (Buy Thermos)

I am practicing a paleo diet (meats, vegetables, Nuts & fruits) and consuming carbohydrates only before my workouts (@11am or 3pm).

I only consume sugars on Sundays.

I use the carnivore diet when I need to loose weight.
-
Also, I am always exploring new alternatives to continue increasing my energy levels and My healthy diet and exercise habits are consolidated but in a process of continuous improvement.
